I’m giving the CARB COUNTER to all my readers absolutely for FREE. There are two reasons for this, and it’s nothing to do with going mad or something close.

Low carb diet has been known to be responsible for a lot of wonderful and positive things, but do you know that there were some children who had no seizures for two years while on the diet, and they appeared to be cured of the epilepsy even after stopping their low-carb ketogenic diet.

Interestingly, low carb diets such as the zone diet may help overweight women with PCOS. If you want a less rigid plan
or a bit more variety then try the Atkins diet or the South Beach Diet which are similar but not as rigid in meeting the correct percentages of carb/protein/fat ratio. So although our friends and family may have experienced weight loss on a low-carb diet, that fact alone is not enough to convince US or indeed the Western world to try it too.

The Low carb diet was originally called the “Banting Diet”?- it was named after the founder, and the man who founded the diet plan
. This goes back to the early of the 1800s. A very long time ago! If today’s people ignore all the fancy words used today in connection to the current low carb diet, we’ll find that there’s not a lot of differences in the old Banting Diet or meals and the today’s Low carb diet plan. Even back then in the 1800s, Banting still reserved a bit of allowance for some port (old strong sweet wine) to help him wash down his consumed food.
